1.2.- Data processing and legal basis

1.2.1.- General Purpose

The information that you choose to provide to us, using the forms that you can find on the website, as well as all the information generated while you are in contact with the data controller, will be incorporated to a database owned by the controller.

We will use such data to provide the services that you request and to send you information about our activities via email or post.

The legal basis for this treatment lies within the contract which is controlled by the data controller.

1.2.2.- Processing of images.

The data controller organises photographs and videos and documents the events of a public nature. This is done in order to distribute them onto the website or onto other public information networks such as: the web itself, social networks where the foundation has got an existing profile, and own publications or press. The treatment of these images is legitimised with the consent of those affected, or in application of article 8 of LO 1/1982 of protection of dignity, privacy and the image itself.

The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information for all the data collection processes, being the only person that can be held responsible for violating this obligation.
