1. INFORMATION RIGHT

In accordance with the provisions of article 11 of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD) and article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) we inform you of:

1.2.- Data processing and legal basis

1.2.1.- General Purpose

The information that you choose to provide to us, using the forms that you can find on the website, as well as all the information generated while you are in contact with the data controller, will be incorporated to a database owned by the controller.

We will use such data to provide the services that you request and to send you information about our activities via email or post.

The legal basis for this treatment lies within the contract which is controlled by the data controller.

1.2.2.- Processing of images.

The data controller organises photographs and videos and documents the events of a public nature. This is done in order to distribute them onto the website or onto other public information networks such as: the web itself, social networks where the foundation has got an existing profile, and own publications or press. You can obtain more information about this section by consulting the foundation's website or by contacting the data protection officer.

The treatment of these images is legitimised with the consent of those affected, or in application of article 8 of LO 1/1982 of protection of dignity, privacy and the image itself.

1.3.- Categories of recipients.

In order to comply with the above-mentioned purposes, the following will have access to your data:

  • Employees that have been previously authorised by the data controller officer.
  • Providers that may be needed to comply with your demand.
  • Public administration.

1.4.- International data transfer.

In order to carry out its functions, the data controller officer does not assign or deposit data outside the European Union.

1.5.- Data retention.

The data controller will keep the data as long as you do not revoke the consent granted by accepting this clause.

1.6.- Rights

The user has the right to request access, correction and erasure of their data as well as objection and restriction to processing of their data and transfer of their data to another party. They also have the right not be subject to any individual automated decision and to revoke the consent that has been previously granted.

1.7.- Claim right.

The regulatory body where accurate application on data treatment can be found is the Spanish Authority of Protection of Data, with address at c/ Jorge Juan n. 6 of Madrid.

1.8.- Obligations.

The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information for all the data collection processes, being the only person that can be held responsible for violating this obligation.

The data collection forms are marked with the data that must be provided, depending on the demand made by the affected party. The lacking of these data may lead to the impossibility of participating in the activity and the impossibility to provide the service requested.

1.9.- Profiling

In order to accomplish the objectives, and more importantly to provide a more personalised, accurate and effective attention to the user, it is sometimes necessary to draw up recipient profiles of the services. Under no circumstances the profiling will be carried out in an automated way.

2. USER'S CONSENT

By clicking on the ACCEPT button, which can be found on all of the data collection forms, it is understood that the user accepts the established conditions. This can also be done by sending a message via email.

Personal data is stored within the Foundation's general database of administration which, at all times, guarantees the technical and organisational measures, needed to preserve the integrity and security of the data.

3. SECURITY

The general database is equipped with all the mandatory security requirements to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data that is provided. The processing of personal data is in accordance with the regulations established in the Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and guarantee of digital rights and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

4. COOKIES AND COLLECTION OF STATISTICAL DATA

The navigation of a user for this website leaves as a trace the IP address that has been assigned by its Internet access provider. Only this address is used for exclusively internal purposes, such as portal access statistics.
